Lisa's
History
Lisa graduated from a 500 hour program at The Wellness and Massage Training Institute in 1995. It is there that she gained skills in massage, sound therapy, energy work and other alternative healing methods. Lisa has always been closely connected to the world of healing energy, sound therapy, meditation and the ways in which nature can be used to heal our whole body. Lisa also holds a Master degree in Elementary Education and has 20 plus years experience in teaching kindergarten and preschool children.

Sound Therapy Session
During Sound Therapy Lisa uses quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other musical instruments to create a healing experience. She may also incorporate the color and vibration of crystals to enhance healing and to create an advanced state of meditation. Organic essential oils and color therapy can also be used to increase the effectiveness of your session.
